CCI Sisterhood
CCI Sisterhood is the collective voice and presence of women in temple
life in Athens, Georgia. We are a member of Women of Reform Judaism,
an affiliate of the Union for Reform Judaism. Stronger together, we
support the ideals and enhance the quality of Jewish living at
Congregation Children of Israel to ensure the future of progressive
Judaism in our community, in North America, in Israel, and around the
world.

President's
Message
If there ever were a group that touched our community, it would be
CCI's sisterhood.
This is not your mother's Sisterhood.
Look at all the energetic women of CCI:
We
have young women who share in the lives of their children in the
classroom, women who come to temple to study Torah, and women who find
friendship and warmth with one another.
What about the
Matriarchs who have planted the seeds for all of us to grow. Without
them, our temple would not be where it is today.
The list of dynamic women, all CCI women, who create projects for our
community, is gratifying beyond measure.
Our Jewish journey together as one sisterhood is fun, spiritual,
dynamic and most of all, energetic with passion.
This
is the sisterhood of CCI. Become part of this amazing segment of our
temple and make your mark in Congregation Temple of Israel.
